iN: So Yildiz, tell me what Yildiz Home Spa has to offer?

YC: To start, 16 years worth of beauty experience. I personally have been teaching for 6 years, my team of beauty therapists all have a minimum of 5 years experience and are all trained to Level 3 NVQ City & Guilds, which is unusual. We offer beauty treatments, with professional therapists in the luxury of your own home.

iN: That’s a busy schedule! How does it work having a team of therapists out and about on the road?

YC: Really well, it means that we can tend to our portfolio of clients with ease, never letting them down and can increase our portfolio, without it having an impact on the existing clients we already have on our books.   

iN: What would you say was your most popular treatment?

YC: It has to be the Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion, but we also cater for a varied range of treatments from waxing to massage to beauty parties for teenagers. Having a teenage daughter myself, I understand how important a good skincare routine is and passmy knowledge on in my classes, plus the all important how to apply day make-up!

iN: Who would you say is your target audience?

YC: Everyone who is interested in looking after their bodies. Presently our clients include celebrity footballers, TV presenters through to my daughters friends and their Mums. We cover areas from Hampstead, all around London through to Brentwood, Ongar, Loughton & Epping. And all the areas in between.

iN: Gosh, that’s quite an area! You have quite a budding business head when it comes to beauty. How did it all start?

YC: 14 years ago my beautiful daughter Millie was born. I was on my own with a newborn baby; it had to work. I threw my life and soul into making a future for her, so that we could enjoy the best life together. Millie is the best thing that could have happened to me, it gave me vision and focus to achieve the unachievable. As a Mum I am very proud of her and know she is of me too.
